Franki Martin Designs

Franki Martin Designs was established June 12, 2009.  I absolutely love what I do. Working with metals has always been a part of life, even through my corporate career.  My work is inspired by many things..color, nature, feelings, shapes or just a mood.  Since discovering Metal Clay, the options are now infinite as to what can be created.  I continue to learn new techniques from top artisans that are generous enough to share their discoveries. Since this medium is relatively new (Silver Clay about 15 years), Bronze Clay (2 years), Copper Clay ( 1 year) there is always something new to try.  It keeps my art fresh and my mind challenged.  Incorporating my metalsmithing and wirework skills just adds new dimensions.

It is so exciting to now have the opportunity to create full time and though the first year has presented some challenges, those challenges have made me a better artist and I look forward to creating pieces that you will enjoy for a very long time.
